I love those moments when we can start an uphill climb together, establish a new rhythm, and then, when we hit another plateau, reignite that growth cycle all over again. It’s a continuous journey of transformation, and I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
As the Founder and President of Genesis Eakes International, I’ve had the privilege of working with incredible individuals and organizations worldwide. With over 25 years of experience in leadership development, I’ve learned that the most ambitious goals can be achieved through a people-centric culture that aligns team diversity and talent with the organization’s overall strategy.
My approach? I ask the critical questions that many business leaders shy away from. It’s not always comfortable, but it’s where real growth happens. Whether it’s through executive coaching, consulting, or high-performance team building, my goal is always the same: to help you enhance productivity, performance, and profitability.
I’ve been fortunate to be trained and mentored by Dr. John C. Maxwell, the world’s foremost leadership expert. This experience has equipped me with powerful tools and resources that I’m excited to share with you and your team.
But my work doesn’t stop at the organizational level. I’m also deeply committed to community transformation. As a leader of the Community Transformation program within the Maxwell Leadership Foundation, I collaborate with community leaders worldwide, employing The Maxwell Transformation Process and Transformation Tables Methodology to multiply value for others.
